Product Return Policy
- If you have any issues with your order such as shipping damage, please contact us so we can file a claim with FedEx and ship you out a replacement filter (these things happen).
- If you find that we made a mistake on your order (such as shipping you the incorrect part number), please call us so we can get you a FedEx Return Label and ship you the correct filter in the meantime.
- If you find that you ordered the incorrect filter, then return those filters within 60 days in their original boxes, and we’ll refund the cost of the filters back to the credit card we had on file for you. Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Please include a copy of the invoice to make it easier for us to find your order. Feel free to ship those filters back to us in any way you prefer (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.
- For some very large orders, we reserve the right to utilize a 20% restocking fee, however you will be notified in advance if this is necessary.
